IGNITE GROWTH THROUGH MINDSET & MENTORING

Getting strong is as much about calm and recovery as it is about sweat!

Work with our five core mindsets – Growth & Expansion, Presence, Gratitude, Optimism & Energy, and Living with Purpose & Meaning – to strengthen habits that support you with calm expert support. Weekly mindset classes are a key part of our schedule.

Along with our breathwork, sound healing and meditation classes, our mindset-based mentoring approach helps manage stress, find calm and consolidate your gains.

Mentoring 

If there’s a lot going on or you’re wanting to go deeper, navigating life changes such as starting a new wellbeing journey, career transition, or entering a new life stage like parenting or menopause, our mentors are there to support you through private and confidential 1:1 sessions. We operate within the boundaries of our mental health first aid training and accreditation and do not diagnose or provide clinical treatments.

 

 

 

Our Mentors

Anita Wong

Anita brings warmth, compassion, and a gentle touch to her mentoring sessions, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and transformation. With a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling, Anita combines her extensive expertise with practical tools and strategies tailored to each individual’s strengths, circumstances, and aspirations. Her collaborative approach ensures that every journey is unique and empowering.

Having experienced chronic injuries herself, Anita is committed to making her classes accessible and inclusive, with a long-term approach to wellness. Her nurturing energy inspires connection, resilience, and a sense of calm in everyone she works with.

Casey Aubin

Casey is a Wellbeing Mentor and certified Breathwork Practitioner from the Holotropic lineage. Currently deepening her studies in Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (ABA), Casey specialises in nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and body-led healing – with a particular interest in stress, chronic illness, and autoimmune conditions.

Drawing from her recovery from a nerve injury, Hatha Yoga training, family history, and studies at WAAPA, she brings a grounded, compassionate approach that helps people release stress and feel more like themselves again and at home in their bodies.

Felicia Schulz

Felicia is a Master of Clinical Psychology student, resilience researcher, and relationship therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups. Originally from Germany and now based in Fremantle, Fee combines her academic expertise with a compassionate and holistic approach to personal development.

Passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, Felicia empowers her clients to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and rediscover joy and purpose. She draws on her research and clinical training to create a safe, supportive space for growth and transformation, tailored to each person’s unique journey.

Sophie Paterson

Sophie brings over 20 years of personal yoga practice and a deep passion for movement and mindfulness to her role at The Glow Circuit. Teaching Flow, Yin, and Restorative yoga, she thoughtfully balances challenge, creativity, and softness in her classes, creating an inclusive space where students can meet themselves exactly as they are—mind, body, and soul.

A certified health coach, yoga teacher, and mentor, Sophie’s journey was shaped by her own experience with corporate burnout, inspiring her to help others restore balance, resilience, and joy. As a mentor, Sophie works closely with individuals to uncover the root causes of life’s challenges, providing practical tools and strategies to support personal growth, manage stress, and foster lasting well-being.
