Shaun Palmer
Linda | Founder

The Glow Circuit was founded to ignite positive change in wellbeing across all areas of life.  Dissatisfied with transactional, niche wellbeing solutions, Linda reimagined a holistic, evidence-based  approach that nourishes the mind, body, and soul to create ‘all round glow’. The Glow Circuit’s team shared goal is to create an inclusive club where people of all ages and abilities can move together as part of a vibrant and supportive community that empowers people to build fulfilling and energised lives.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in the resources sector, Linda is a respected business leader and human resources expert. She has held executive roles across major organisations, including her tenure as Director of Fortescue People at Fortescue Metals Group, and continues to serve as a board director across a range of sectors including mental health, community services, leadership, engineering and sport.

Linda is a passionate advocate for the power of movement, resilience based mindset modalities  and mentoring and brings these strategies into her daily life, as the busy mum of two energetic sons and their dogs – as well as into her executive mentoring consultancy, Go Higher.

Now, as the founder of The Glow Circuit, Linda channels her experience and passion into building an energising, inclusive club where movement, mindset, and community  align to support total wellbeing. Her pioneering vision is inspiring a new era of wellbeing that transforms lives and strengthens communities.

Shaun | Founding Advisor + Mentor

Shaun Palmer is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, now serving as a Senior Manager in the mining sector. Originally trained as a chef, Shaun has built a diverse career, demonstrating adaptability, leadership, and a passion for mental and physical well-being. A Certified Grey Area Drinking Coach and Health & Wellness Professional Coach, he is dedicated to helping individuals improve their relationship with alcohol and embrace holistic wellness.

Shaun’s extensive expertise includes Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management, contract management, quality assurance, leadership, and coaching. His ability to inspire and lead teams has been a cornerstone of his career.

Living by the philosophy, “Awareness is choice, and choice precedes change,” Shaun brings a proactive, growth-oriented mindset to The Glow Circuit. His invaluable contributions to establishing the café have fostered a welcoming community that nurtures connection, vitality, and shared purpose.

Tracy | Founding Advisor

Tracy is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, where she has been instrumental in building cohesive teams and driving operational and service excellence. With a strong background in hospitality, facilities management, maintenance, and support services across the resources and defense sectors, Tracy bought her wealth of expertise to the development of The Glow Circuit.

Passionate about health, vitality, and holistic wellness, Tracy is thrilled to be part of The Glow Circuit’s founding team. Drawn by its alignment with her values of fostering community, connection, and holistic health, she is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where individuals can thrive.

Proud to call Perth home, Tracy finds inspiration in nature, whether hiking or simply “being.” She takes great joy in helping others unlock their potential both professionally and personally. Her visionary leadership is a cornerstone of The Glow Circuit’s vibrant and uplifting community.

Felicia | Mentor

Felicia is a Master of Clinical Psychology student, resilience researcher, and relationship therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups. Originally from Germany and now based in Fremantle, Fee combines her academic expertise with a compassionate and holistic approach to personal development.

Passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, Felicia empowers her clients to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and rediscover joy and purpose. She draws on her research and clinical training to create a safe, supportive space for growth and transformation, tailored to each person’s unique journey.

Outside of her work, Fee enjoys a vibrant and balanced lifestyle, finding joy in Pilates, swimming, traveling, and exploring new places with her two beloved cocker spaniels.

As a mentor at The Glow Circuit, Felicia blends her professional skills with a genuine commitment to fostering connection, resilience, and meaningful change in the lives of those she supports.

Specialising in resilience-building and self-awareness, Sue empowers clients to shift their perspectives, embrace change, and foster meaningful transformation. With a background in sport and athlete wellness, Rose brings a unique perspective to her mentoring. As a PhD candidate researching stress, she integrates academic insights with hands-on experience to help clients better understand and manage stress effectively. Her holistic approach supports emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing, empowering individuals to unlock their potential and lead more balanced, meaningful lives.

Casey | Mentor + Breath

Casey is a certified trauma-release Breathwork & Meditation Practitioner with a deep passion for the healing power of breath. Her journey into breathwork began in 2018 while assisting at the transformative Yoga Barn in Bali, where she discovered the profound potential of breathwork for releasing stress and cultivating inner peace.

With a degree in Arts Management from WAAPA and a diverse life experience—including trekking to Everest Base Camp, recovering from a serious nerve injury, living in Sicily, and navigating life as a FIFO partner—Casey’s personal journey inspires her empathetic, grounded teaching style. Casey has a strong interest in supporting individuals with autoimmune conditions through breathwork to unwind symptoms and enhance regulation, resilience, and wellbeing.

Known for her calm energy and soothing voice, Casey is currently pursuing an International Certificate in Breathwork Mastery. She believes breathwork is a practice for everyone, welcoming each individual just as they are.

Lew | Mentor + Yoga

Mentoring and coaching form the foundation of Lew’s approach, with yoga as a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery. With extensive experience managing people across diverse industries, Lew integrates a deep understanding of human dynamics into his teaching, empowering individuals to navigate their journeys with authenticity, resilience, and mindful connection.

Lew’s yoga journey began with Bikram Yoga in Perth, where he first experienced the transformative power of yoga and meditation. Over the years, he has embraced a variety of styles, completing a 200-hour Yin Yoga teacher training in Bali with Joe Phee and Jo Barnett, as well as Yoga Nidra training in Perth. For over six years, Lew has been guiding Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra practices in Perth and Darwin.

His reflective teaching style prioritizes individuality, encouraging students to explore sensation, emotion, and thought in meaningful ways. Passionate about mentorship, Lew inspires growth and transformation in every session.

As a mental-health-aware yoga teacher, she specialises in Yin, Gentle, and Restorative Yoga, guiding students toward deeper self-inquiry and understanding of their physical, mental, and emotional selves.

Having experienced chronic injuries herself, Anita is committed to making her classes accessible and inclusive, with a long-term approach to wellness. Her nurturing energy inspires connection, resilience, and a sense of calm in everyone she works with.

Sophie brings over 20 years of personal yoga practice and a deep passion for movement and mindfulness to her role at The Glow Circuit. Teaching Flow, Yin, and Restorative yoga, she thoughtfully balances challenge, creativity, and softness in her classes, creating an inclusive space where students can meet themselves exactly as they are—mind, body, and soul.

A certified health coach, yoga teacher, and mentor, Sophie’s journey was shaped by her own experience with corporate burnout, inspiring her to help others restore balance, resilience, and joy. As a mentor, Sophie works closely with individuals to uncover the root causes of life’s challenges, providing practical tools and strategies to support personal growth, manage stress, and foster lasting well-being.

Her compassionate teaching and guidance empower students and mentees alike to connect with themselves, embrace transformation, and thrive in all aspects of life, making her an invaluable part of The Glow Circuit.

Amber | Sound + Yoga

Amber is a passionate yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, specialising in slow flow and yin yoga. Her journey began with a focus on physical fitness but has since evolved into a holistic practice that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. At The Glow Circuit, Amber brings a calm, nurturing presence, creating a supportive environment where students can connect with their breath, find balance, and cultivate mindfulness.

In addition to her yoga teaching, Amber is a skilled massage therapist, reiki practitioner, and sound facilitator, seamlessly integrating these modalities into her classes when appropriate. Her multi-disciplinary approach helps students deepen their practice and experience a greater sense of harmony and self-discovery.

Amber’s goal is to empower others to embrace yoga as a tool for inner growth and transformation, inspiring them to carry the benefits of mindfulness and balance into every aspect of their lives.

Bianca | Yoga + Communications

Bianca’s love for yoga, meditation, and mindful movement comes from experiencing the transformative effects they’ve had on her life, both on and off the mat. She is passionate about the power of combining stillness and movement to support all aspects of life, creating a way of being that flows into everything you do.

Bianca is a certified yoga instructor and qualified primary school teacher with a passion for holistic wellbeing and lifelong learning. She completed her yoga teacher training in Ubud and is dedicated to sharing these practices in a way that feels real, accessible, and empowering. Alongside her work in wellbeing, Bianca brings a diverse background in marketing, communications, and business development. Her career has spanned the education, not-for-profit, and wellbeing sectors.

She enjoys helping people build a deeper connection with themselves, finding ease and calm to carry through life’s highs and lows. With warmth and a down-to-earth approach, Bianca creates a space where everyone feels welcome and leaves feeling healthier, happier, and stronger from the inside out.

Chloe | Yoga

A yoga retreat in Thailand sparked Chloe’s love for yoga, and her practice soon became essential to balance a busy job. Experiencing burnout caused her to take time away from work, finding healing through talking therapy, yoga, volunteering and nourishing relationships. Chloe initially enrolled in yoga teacher training to deepen her own practice, but she quickly discovered a true passion for teaching. She has since trained in yin, prenatal, and postnatal yoga, with a recent focus on supporting new and expectant parents. Through her work with migrant communities, she is committed to creating inclusive, nurturing spaces. Chloe fosters connection with mind, body, breath and community with her calm, kind and inviting energy. She believes yoga is a practice of patience, and is here to support you wherever you are on your journey.

Georgie | Yoga

Originally from London, Georgie relocated to Perth in 2015, drawn to its vibrant lifestyle and focus on healthy living. Yoga became a vital part of her life over a decade ago, initially as a personal practice during a challenging time with her mental health, and it has since evolved into a way of life. Now a yoga teacher and Pilates instructor, Georgie shares her passion through Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, and mat Pilates classes.

With a background in rehabilitation, Georgie has worked with diverse communities, including ex-offenders, individuals with disabilities, and those facing mental health challenges, addiction, and homelessness. Her experience as an intake coordinator further solidified her dedication to supporting vulnerable individuals.

As a new mum, Georgie remains committed to her practice, embracing her dual roles as both teacher and lifelong student. She brings compassion, experience, and a welcoming approach, creating spaces for growth, connection, and transformation.

These efforts have fueled his remarkable achievements, such as summiting multiple 3,000-meter peaks in New Zealand, trekking to Everest Base Camp, and preparing to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Tarigh Daniels is a dynamic leader and wellness professional with over 20 years of experience in customer experience, team development, and fitness coaching. As the former Recreation Supervisor at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai, he oversaw daily operations, staff training, and client engagement, maintaining world-class service standards across the fitness and recreation departments.

Now based in Perth, Tarigh serves as the Customer Experience and Staff Training Manager at The Glow Circuit. He combines his expertise in leadership, Functional Range Conditioning, and breathing techniques to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer journeys.

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Tarigh relocated to Perth in 2024, bringing a global perspective and a passion for excellence to his role. A dedicated rugby union enthusiast, he is committed to helping individuals achieve their best while fostering a culture of quality and growth within the team.
