Shaun Palmer
Linda | Founder

The Glow Circuit was founded to ignite positive change in wellbeing across all areas of life.  Dissatisfied with transactional, niche wellbeing solutions, Linda reimagined a holistic, evidence-based  approach that nourishes the mind, body, and soul to create ‘all round glow’. The Glow Circuit’s team shared goal is to create an inclusive club where people of all ages and abilities can move together as part of a vibrant and supportive community that empowers people to build fulfilling and energised lives.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in the resources sector, Linda is a respected business leader and human resources expert. She has held executive roles across major organisations, including her tenure as Director of Fortescue People at Fortescue Metals Group, and continues to serve as a board director across a range of sectors including mental health, community services, leadership, engineering and sport.

Linda is a passionate advocate for the power of movement, resilience based mindset modalities  and mentoring and brings these strategies into her daily life, as the busy mum of two energetic sons and their dogs – as well as into her executive mentoring consultancy, Go Higher.

Now, as the founder of The Glow Circuit, Linda channels her experience and passion into building an energising, inclusive club where movement, mindset, and community  align to support total wellbeing. Her pioneering vision is inspiring a new era of wellbeing that transforms lives and strengthens communities.

Shaun | Founding Advisor + Mentor

Shaun Palmer is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, now serving as a Senior Manager in the mining sector. Originally trained as a chef, Shaun has built a diverse career, demonstrating adaptability, leadership, and a passion for mental and physical well-being. A Certified Grey Area Drinking Coach and Health & Wellness Professional Coach, he is dedicated to helping individuals improve their relationship with alcohol and embrace holistic wellness.

Shaun’s extensive expertise includes Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management, contract management, quality assurance, leadership, and coaching. His ability to inspire and lead teams has been a cornerstone of his career.

Living by the philosophy, “Awareness is choice, and choice precedes change,” Shaun brings a proactive, growth-oriented mindset to The Glow Circuit. His invaluable contributions to establishing the café have fostered a welcoming community that nurtures connection, vitality, and shared purpose.

Tracy | Founding Advisor

Tracy is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, where she has been instrumental in building cohesive teams and driving operational and service excellence. With a strong background in hospitality, facilities management, maintenance, and support services across the resources and defense sectors, Tracy bought her wealth of expertise to the development of The Glow Circuit.

Passionate about health, vitality, and holistic wellness, Tracy is thrilled to be part of The Glow Circuit’s founding team. Drawn by its alignment with her values of fostering community, connection, and holistic health, she is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where individuals can thrive.

Proud to call Perth home, Tracy finds inspiration in nature, whether hiking or simply “being.” She takes great joy in helping others unlock their potential both professionally and personally. Her visionary leadership is a cornerstone of The Glow Circuit’s vibrant and uplifting community.

Sophie | Mentor + Yoga

Sophie brings over 20 years of personal yoga practice and a deep passion for movement and mindfulness to her role at The Glow Circuit. Teaching Flow, Yin, and Restorative yoga, she thoughtfully balances challenge, creativity, and softness in her classes, creating an inclusive space where students can meet themselves exactly as they are—mind, body, and soul.

A certified health coach, yoga teacher, and mentor, Sophie’s journey was shaped by her own experience with corporate burnout, inspiring her to help others restore balance, resilience, and joy. As a mentor, Sophie works closely with individuals to uncover the root causes of life’s challenges, providing practical tools and strategies to support personal growth, manage stress, and foster lasting well-being.

Her compassionate teaching and guidance empower students and mentees alike to connect with themselves, embrace transformation, and thrive in all aspects of life, making her an invaluable part of The Glow Circuit.

Sue brings over a decade of experience in personal development, excelling as a master empowerment coach, trainer, keynote speaker, and digital business mentor. Specialising in resilience-building and self-awareness, Sue empowers clients to shift their perspectives, embrace change, and foster meaningful transformation. Her grounded and empathetic style creates a supportive space where growth feels both inspiring and achievable, enabling individuals to find balance, harmony, and unlock their fullest potential in all areas of life.

With a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling, Anita combines her extensive expertise with practical tools and strategies tailored to each individual’s strengths, circumstances, and aspirations. Her collaborative approach ensures that every journey is unique and empowering.

Passionate about supporting people through all stages of life, Anita thrives on helping others navigate challenges and uncover their potential at The Glow Circuit. As a mental-health-aware yoga teacher, she specialises in Yin, Gentle, and Restorative Yoga, guiding students toward deeper self-inquiry and understanding of their physical, mental, and emotional selves.

Having experienced chronic injuries herself, Anita is committed to making her classes accessible and inclusive, with a long-term approach to wellness. Her nurturing energy inspires connection, resilience, and a sense of calm in everyone she works with.

Felicia is a Master of Clinical Psychology student, resilience researcher, and relationship therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups. Originally from Germany and now based in Fremantle, Fee combines her academic expertise with a compassionate and holistic approach to personal development.

Passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, Felicia empowers her clients to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and rediscover joy and purpose. She draws on her research and clinical training to create a safe, supportive space for growth and transformation, tailored to each person’s unique journey.

Outside of her work, Fee enjoys a vibrant and balanced lifestyle, finding joy in Pilates, swimming, traveling, and exploring new places with her two beloved cocker spaniels.

As a mentor at The Glow Circuit, Felicia blends her professional skills with a genuine commitment to fostering connection, resilience, and meaningful change in the lives of those she supports.

Rose is a mentor who takes a collaborative, evidence-informed approach to help individuals cultivate balance, resilience, and fulfilment. With extensive experience working with young people and those navigating high-stress or high-performance environments, she specialises in guiding clients towards enhanced wellbeing through personalised and practical strategies.

With a background in sport and athlete wellness, Rose brings a unique perspective to her mentoring. As a PhD candidate researching stress, she integrates academic insights with hands-on experience to help clients better understand and manage stress effectively. Her holistic approach supports emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing, empowering individuals to unlock their potential and lead more balanced, meaningful lives.

Movement & Mindset

Anna

Anna brings together strength based training, mindful movement and feel good energy to help you build momentum, boost confidence and reconnect with your body.

Her strength classes are fun and form focused, while her yoga classes use intentional themes to meet you exactly where you are. Every class is designed to leave you feeling better than when you arrived.

There’s no all or nothing thinking and no pressure to be perfect. Instead, Anna guides you through strength and yoga sessions that feel uplifting and supportive.

At the heart of Anna’s work is creating a space and community where people feel encouraged, confident and empowered. Helping you to feel great both physically and mentally, is what drives everything she does.

Nerrisa | Strength + Pilates

I’m a 44yr old Aquarian mum of two humans, one fur baby and wife to one.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 yrs as a PT/Coach/Group fitness instructor and I specialise in mat Pilates, strength training and teach box fit style work outs too! In my spare time, I run ULTRAMARATHONS for fun! Yes FUN! My longest distance to date is 126kms! I look forward to bringing my absolute

LOVE for everything health, wellness and fitness to my classes. My energy is high and I hope to use that to motivate you in every class!

Alex

Alex is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor who recently moved to Perth from the Gold Coast. Passionate about health, happiness, and longevity, Alex brings strong and dynamic classes to The Glow Circuit, designed for all fitness levels. Each session with Alex balances challenges with mindfulness, finishing with a short reset or meditation to reconnect before heading back into the day. Alex fosters a judgement-free environment, encouraging participants to rest as needed while embracing the rewarding presence of their own body in movement.

Outside of teaching, Alex works full-time in communications and enjoys weight training, Pilates, beach visits, café hopping, and spending time with loved ones. Through movement, Alex hopes to inspire participants to connect with themselves and embrace the joy of being active at The Glow Circuit.

Nadine

Originally from Germany, Nadine discovered yoga while traveling the world. She quickly fell in love with how this practice was more than just a way to move. It offered her stillness, clarity and a sense of home wherever she landed. That connection led her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023.

Since then, Nadine has continued to deepen her understanding of movement through ongoing mentorship and education, including earning a Mat Pilates certification.

By combining these two powerful practices – Yoga and Pilates – Nadine offers a powerful balance of breath, mobility, strength and control. She loves creating space for exploration, often weaving in playful challenges or building towards a peak pose, so students can grow with curiosity and confidence, while deeply caring for alignment and technique.

Rooted in the belief that movement is more than physical, Nadine designs her classes to leave students feeling good in their bodies and more connected to themselves.

Cath | Pilates

Mat Pilates is at the heart of Cath’s teaching and personal practice. A passionate instructor and devoted mum of three, she brings a nurturing, grounded presence to every class. Movement has always been essential in her life — a daily anchor that supports her physical and mental wellbeing. While she’s naturally devoted to caring for others, Cath has also come to value the importance of self-care. Her classes offer a welcoming space to build strength, restore balance, and reconnect with the body. For Cath, helping others feel strong, steady, and at ease is one of life’s greatest rewards.

Kate | Pilates

My teaching journey started in 2016 with a 200 hour vinyasa training course. In 2017/2018 I continued my training with my Stott mat and Stott reformer courses. Movement has always been an integral part of my life, I enjoy feeling strong, fit and mobile at this stage of my life, and less about being competitive with myself. I enjoy bringing creativity into my classes giving students the opportunity to feel challenged and hopefully leave the room feeling better than when they walked in.

Bianca | Yoga

Bianca’s love for yoga, meditation, and mindful movement comes from experiencing the transformative effects they’ve had on her life, both on and off the mat. She is passionate about the power of combining stillness and movement to support all aspects of life, creating a way of being that flows into everything you do.

Bianca is a certified yoga instructor and qualified primary school teacher with a passion for holistic wellbeing and lifelong learning. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2022 and is dedicated to sharing these practices in a way that feels real, accessible, and empowering.

She enjoys helping people build a deeper connection with themselves, finding ease and calm to carry through life’s highs and lows. With warmth and a down-to-earth approach, Bianca creates a space where everyone feels welcome and leaves feeling healthier, happier, and stronger from the inside out.

Shanti

Shanti is a certified Fitness and Mat Pilates instructor.

She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive space where everyone feels seen, comfortable, and part of the Glow Circuit community.

She loves movement and finds joy in designing fun, creative class plans filled with progressions and exercises that challenge the mind, body, balance, and coordination.

With encouragement and care at the heart of her teaching, her goal is for everyone to leave class feeling challenged, accomplished, and confident.

Trenton

Coming from a background in Technology, Trent discovered yoga at a crossroads in his life, first discovering the practice at a time when he needed to find some stillness (both externally and internally). Forever changed by the intertwining connection of movement, music and awareness this started a journey to understand and learn yoga, firstly as a practice for himself.

A few years later, he is now a 200Hours qualified Vinyasa & Yin teacher, as well as Sound Healing certified, focused on ensuring yoga feels accessible, a space to come and show up for yourself, wherever you are. Loving to intertwine simplicity, philosophy and a little bit of joy into each practice.

Alongside this, Trent is a big advocate in community groups, something which he believes we all need in our lives akin to a village tribe, and hopes to build and connect one class at a time.

Shanie | Breath

Shanie is a certified Shamanic Breathwork facilitator and Professional Member of the Australian Breathwork Association. With over 450 hours of training completed across two years, she brings deep experience and intuitive presence to her work.

Shanie’s passion lies in holding a strong, compassionate space for those ready to heal, transform, and reach their full potential.

Through her grounded and heart-led approach, she guides others on powerful inner journeys, supporting lasting change in all areas of life.

Chloe | Yoga

A yoga retreat in Thailand sparked Chloe’s love for yoga, and her practice soon became essential to balance a busy job. Experiencing burnout caused her to take time away from work, finding healing through talking therapy, yoga, volunteering and nourishing relationships. Chloe initially enrolled in yoga teacher training to deepen her own practice, but she quickly discovered a true passion for teaching. She has since trained in yin, prenatal, and postnatal yoga, with a recent focus on supporting new and expectant parents. Through her work with migrant communities, she is committed to creating inclusive, nurturing spaces. Chloe fosters connection with mind, body, breath and community with her calm, kind and inviting energy. She believes yoga is a practice of patience, and is here to support you wherever you are on your journey.
